Positive: The combination of Ayurveda and yoga here is very impactful. Dr. Anju was very knowledgeable and kind. Therapist Viji was very gentle and caring. Yoga instructor Deepak was too good. The herbal oils, the food, ambiance, the personalized attention — everything seemed to be designed for deep healing. It felt like a home for the soul.
